Can i comment on this… sample lang… my barangay san agustin 1 according to the alloted IRA ay mayroong 1,111, 000. 00 something budget every year… saan po ba ginagamit na mga proyekto ang halangang nabangit… ‘bukod pa dyan sa IRA na yan, pag ang isang opisyal ng barangay ay marunong dumiskarte pwede pang magka roon ng additional na budget bigay ng ibang politiko katulad ng PDAF galing kay congressman… now ang TANONG… where does all these MONEY go… MGA OPISYAL NG MUNISIPYO “MULA SA MAYOR HANGANG SA MGA KONSEHAL NG BAYAN… PAKI SAGOT LANG PO… (kasi sa aking barangay san agustin 1 NAPAKA HABANG PANAHON NG WALA NAMAN AKONG NAKIKITANG IMPROVEMENTS o PROYEKTONG PINAG LAANAN NG NASABING “IRA”… bukas po itong aking tanong sa sino mang nais na SUMAGOT sa aking KATANUNGAN… paki linaw nga po…
