Actually po, yung other receipts, hindi masyado p[roblema. Kasi that was income coming in sa ating kaban. Yung capital investment na nakalagay sa Expenditures, we are sure, na may justification ito. and medyo malabo po ay yung Prior Accounts Payable na kung bakit hindi naka itemized dun sa ibang expenditures, since ito naman ay basically expenditure talaga. Siguro po, am just into details of the non tax revenue, though as you said it is “cash in”; we should also know the details; for decision making purposes, like pede ba nating i maximize or have possible increase next year to add to the town’s income. Bout the capital expenditures, am just into the criterion why it was classified as such ; tama ka po yung justification nga.

Yung payment of prior year payables, I think we need to know how much is really the liability of Naujan, we really should establish the obligation, how much at pang ilang payment na ba tayo? Magkano ba ang outstanding? Para pong tipong adequate disclosure to comply with the qualitative characteristic of understandabilty in financial reports.

Discrepancies in beginning and ending balances are alarming po, dapat nga po talagang may audited financial statements ang Naujan. Your requests for feedback from Naujan leaders are very timely po coz it will really require a lot of clarifications from them…
