Will it be ok to ask for the reasons why the projects were not implemented? Since it was specifically stated that they are “significant observations and observations”, it could have been better if the opinion was made “qualified”, rather than “unqualified”.

I am sorry , but just commenting on the above mentioned report as one concerned citizen born in Naujan. Thank you…
